General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the entity operating the bji999 platform ("bji999", "we" or "the Company") and any user of this site ("you" or "member"). By accessing the website bji999login.cam, creating an account or using any service, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

These Terms operate together with bji999's Privacy Policy, and both documents together form the overall legal framework for use of the platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Privacy Policy, these Terms shall take precedence.

bji999 reserves the right to change these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the service after any changes are published will be treated as acceptance of the updated Terms.

Eligibility and Age Verification

To open an account and use the services at bji999, an applicant must meet the following conditions:

• Must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age at the time of application.
• Must be able to verify identity by means of a valid national ID card or passport.
• It is entirely the user's own responsibility to comply with the laws of their country of residence.
• Must have an active mobile number and a valid email address.
• A person who has previously been removed or banned for any reason may not register again.

bji999 may at any time request a copy of a member's government-issued ID for the purpose of age and identity verification. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete.

Account Registration

3.1 One Account Policy

Each member may operate only one account. If the same person creates more than one account, it will be treated as a prohibited activity, all accounts may be closed and any accumulated balance may be forfeited.

3.2 Accurate Information

All information provided at registration must be fully truthful, accurate and up to date. If an account is opened with false or incorrect information, bji999 reserves the right to close it at any time.

3.3 Account Security

It is the member's own responsibility to keep their login details (username and password) completely confidential. Sharing or allowing others to use account credentials is not permitted. If unauthorised access is suspected, the support team must be notified immediately.

You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your account. bji999 will not be liable for any loss resulting from a third party using your account.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

Members may deposit via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and other major commercial banks). The minimum deposit is ৳300 (three hundred taka). No additional charges apply to deposits.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.

When making a withdrawal, the member must receive funds through the same method registered to their account. bji999 reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold if identity verification is incomplete or while any investigation is ongoing.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on bji999 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). No foreign currency or cryptocurrency is accepted.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members may receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 adds a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000, and the wagering requirement on the bonus is ৳2,000 × 20 = ৳40,000.

5.2 Bonus Terms

• The member must activate the bonus before it is credited.
• The bonus amount cannot be withdrawn before it has been wagered 20 times.
• If a member chooses to cancel a bonus, the entire bonus balance will be forfeited.
• Claiming the same bonus from more than one account is prohibited.
• bji999 reserves the right to change or cancel any promotional offer at any time.

5.3 VIP Program

The bji999 VIP Program has three tiers: Bronze (up to 0.5% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 1.0% weekly cashback) and Gold (up to 1.5% weekly cashback). Weekly cashback is calculated on the net losses for the week at the applicable rate. Progression to a higher VIP tier depends on the volume and regularity of play.

Game and Betting Rules

6.1 Game Fairness

All games offered on bji999 are provided through certified software providers (including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution and Spribe). These games use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures the impartiality of results.

6.2 Betting Limits

Each game or market has its own minimum and maximum bet limits. Members are advised to read the betting rules of the relevant game carefully before starting to play.

6.3 Technical Errors

If a technical error in any game inadvertently causes an incorrect result to be displayed, bji999 reserves the right to void that result. If a game is left incomplete due to a server or connection failure, a decision will be made after reviewing the system logs.

6.4 Sports Betting

For betting on cricket, football and other sports, settlement is made after the result of the relevant match is finalised. If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the relevant market will be settled according to the applicable rules.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bji999:

• Creating or operating more than one account.
• Using a false identity or forged documents.
• Abusing the bonus system — for example, repeatedly claiming bonuses and then withdrawing.
• Using any automated software, bots or scripts.
• Conducting money laundering or suspicious financial transactions.
• Attempting to manipulate game results.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another member's account.
• Conducting transactions through a third party's bank account or mobile wallet.

If any of the above activities are proven, the relevant account will be permanently closed and all balances may be forfeited. bji999 also reserves the right to notify the relevant authorities if necessary.

Account Closure and Suspension

8.1 Closure by bji999

bji999 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account for prohibited activities, breach of terms, fraudulent behaviour or investigation purposes. Where possible, the member will be informed before closure, however immediate action may be taken in cases of serious breach.

8.2 Closure by the Member

A member who wishes to close their own account must contact the support team. Before the account is closed, any pending bets will be settled according to the relevant rules and any available balance (if withdrawable) will be returned.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

In accordance with the Responsible Gaming Policy, any member may apply to self-exclude for a specified period. Once this option is active, it will not be possible to log in to the account until the self-exclusion period has ended.

Privacy and Data Protection

All policies relating to the collection, storage and processing of members' personal data by bji999 are described in detail in our Privacy Policy. SSL encryption and modern security technology are used to protect member data.

Member data is not sold to third parties. However, where required by law or in connection with a fraud investigation, relevant information may be shared with the appropriate authorities. Members are advised to read the Privacy Policy for full details on data protection.

Limitation of Liability

bji999 always endeavours to provide a reliable and uninterrupted service. However, the Company will not be liable in the following circumstances:

• Temporary service disruption due to server maintenance or technical reasons.
• Internet connection failure or technical problems on the part of a third party.
• Force majeure events — such as natural disasters or cyberattacks.
• Account credential exposure resulting from a member's own negligence.
• Member dissatisfaction with game results — all RNG-determined results are final.

bji999's total liability will in no circumstances exceed the total amount deposited by the relevant member in that month.
